Please note that the workshops referred to Teckelshop are European made. Suppliers of accessories and human gifts may be located in Europe and America.
We do ask that you measure or ask us if you are unsure of a size to avoid the need to exchange. All manufacturers use different size charts, so please read the chart for each item.
There is a charge for shipping your order.
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered within 1-6 business days or up to 20 days depending on stocks and your country of residence.
Teckelshop is not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses or delivery delays.
Please make sure that your address is correct and that you are able to receive your order at this same location.
RETURNS :
Returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving the product. We reserve the right to check with the carrier.

😃 For human products : If you need to exchange an item send it to the return address on the package with the invoice or a copy of the order.
We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made products.
The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these conditions or are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
